Dr. Sita-Molz earned her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University, where she received training in both CBT and psychodynamic approaches. In addition to being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Dr. Sita-Molz is licensed to practice psychology in New York and Pennsylvania.
Dr. Sita-Molz completed her internship at Pilgrim Psychiatric Center in Brentwood, NY. Prior to establishing her private practice, she dedicated nearly 10 years to working in a residential care facility for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, where she applied her expertise in behavior analysis.
Dr. Sita-Molz completed her dissertation research in the area of anger management, which laid the foundation for her subsequent book on the topic. In addition to her expertise in behavior analysis, she specializes in anxiety disorders, developmental disabilities, and parenting support.
